Join us for another session of the Global Studies Virtual Symposium series.  Let’s explore global differences in access to travel & culture together! Which are the most/least powerful passports? How do we classify movements among people based on identity (e.g. race/ethnicity, geography, privilege, etc.)? How do we navigate new cultures as travelers and as residents (Berry’s Model of Acculturation)? Join this session to learn more…

Miki Huntington is an educator, speaker, facilitator, mentor, life coach, and military veteran. She has a BA in Political Science from UCLA, MA in International Relations/Asian Studies from the University of Washington, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in College Teaching from Capella University. Miki teaches Political Science courses at Minneapolis College and Century College. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and she is also a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor.
